Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AntiEtch® Tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AntiEtch® Tools provides kit calculation, job tracking, warranty records, pricing analysis, and document generation for professional applicators.

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act on behalf of your company.

New accounts start with a 3-day free trial that requires no credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.

Kit quantities, additive amounts, cure times, pricing, and other figures produced by AntiEtch® Tools are estimates provided for convenience. They do not replace the official MORE® product instructions, applicable safety data, or your own professional judgment.

You are solely responsible for correct product handling and application, jobsite safety, warranty validity, and compliance with all manufacturer instructions and applicable laws. AntiEtch® Tools is a planning aid, not a substitute for trained professional application.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the service to you.

MORE® and AntiEtch® are trademarks of their respective owner. AntiEtch® Tools is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the trademark owner unless expressly stated.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntiEtch® Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
